How a highly targeted and optimized Facebook Ad campaign for an exclusive meditation event helped sell 159 tickets in just under a month

Client Overview:

In January 2019, Art of Living Bulgaria was tasked with organizing Unveiling Infinity, a unique meditation course led by Art of Living's founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, where ancient techniques to access deep states of meditation would be revealed.

The challenge

Art of Living Bulgaria had only one month to promote the Unveiling Infinity program with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Many Art of Living participants had already taken this course, so enrolment needed to happen by bringing awareness to a new audience.

Sumeru's Solution:

There was little time to accomplish a big goal. The strategy needed to be simple but effective. Our team had less than 2 weeks to create the marketing material and launch the campaign.

1) We promoted free introductory sessions for a cold audience, to invite them to an in-person workshop, experience
meditation and find out more about the Unveiling Infinity program.
2) We put together the perfect combination of a highly effective strategy focused on remarketing, and content that
generated awareness and provoked action as we highlighted the uniqueness of the brand, the course and the teacher.
  • We created compelling copies and creatives for social media ads, and promoted back to back free introductory sessions for Unveiling Infinity.
  • We built a landing page that was monitored and optimized as we ran A/B tests to increase the conversion rate.
  • A combination of engaging video and static ads was used to create awareness among the target audience. Those who interacted with the ads were directed to the Unveiling Infinity landing page and further targeted with direct sales ads. We crafted ad creatives and copies for all stages of the funnel and different social channels, including video ads, slideshows, stories and static images.
