With up to 200 batch numbers needing CoAs for a single order, the customer service personnel had to print each CoA individually, leading to substantial delays in order fulfillment and increased operational inefficiencies.

We developed a custom functionality within their ERP system that automatically scans the lot numbers assigned to each sales order and prints all necessary CoAs in a single click. This automation streamlined the CoA generation process, integrating it seamlessly into the existing workflow.

Results

The automation of the CoA printing process reduced the time required from one hour to just 1-2 minutes per order. This improvement not only accelerated the delivery process but also significantly enhanced operational efficiency.
